Anni Mairs Cardio Force -  Anni's newest release! -  This 60 minute, fast-paced workout was designed to increase muscle tone, muscle endurance and cardio endurance, while boosting your metabolism and burning major calories!  Anni uses basic, easy-to-follow Step, Low-Impact, Boot Camp & Kickboxing moves in one-minute intervals to deliver a safe, highly effective interval workout!  She then moves on to the floor for an abdominal segment that will recruit every inch of your core.  Finally, she ends the workout with a relaxing Cool Down!  All you need to get started is a pair of one pound dumbbells (step is optional).

RETURNS:

• Returns are accepted for any defective item; i.e., skipping DVDs, videos with tracking issues, etc.  Please contact me within 5 days of item receipt if you experience any of these problems.
