Attitude Ballet & Pilates Fusion - Beyond 50 & Fabulous - with Bernadette Giorgi - This DVD includes two fun yet challenging classes, designed so anyone can participate with no high impact moves. The classes focus on improving muscle tone, strength, posture, balance and flexibility. The gentle ballet moves with very light weights, coupled with the Pilates based mat work was designed with women over 50 in mind that seek a refreshing effective workout (though those under 50 will certainly enjoy the workout too). Participate regularly and you will soon feel sleek, sexy & strong. Total run time is approx 78 minutes, one workout is 38 minutes long, the other 40 minutes.
