Be prepared to groove and sweat with Carlos and his Xplosive energy style throughout the entire workout. (Warm-up 9.5 minutes; cardio 37:40minutes; cool down 5.25 minutes). An abdominal workout and stretch segment round out this workout (7 minutes abs, 4 minutes stretch). Total run time of 63 minutes.

DVD includes multiple pre-mixes which utilize different portions of the choreography to better tailor the workout to meet individual fitness goals.
