Fitprime Weights First with Tracie Long (one of the original Firm instructors) - This 58 minute workout includes short, intense cardio burst (12 min.) alternating with tough dumbbell & barbell sets (28 min.) to train the upper body, hip & thighs to total failure. You'll also get torso & ab exercises (7 min.) to strengthen the back & tone the waistline, plus 11 min. of Basic Yoga Asanas to improve concentration & relieve stress.
