In this workout, Tracey is joined by former Body Combat instructor Josef (those of you familiar with Body Combat workouts will recognize the similarities in Strike Zone). It's combat time. Get your gurard up and get ready to rumble! This is Strikezone - a kickboxing workout that takes you out of the ring and into the streets. Form pointers, agility drills, upper and lower body conditioning - raw fighting moves to make you mean and lean. The workout is rated by Collage as Intermediate to Advanced level but anyone can modify this workout to fit their fitness needs. I highly recommend this one, it is the closest thing to Body Combat workouts available for home exercisers! |
