We are a small, family-run business. I started selling workouts on Ebay after first being a buyer of workout videos. Being the vidiot that I am (for those of you who don't know, that's a term of affection used in the home exercise world for those of us who really love home workouts!), I would buy large "lots" of DVDs & videos and end up with videos I didn't need or had already done. So I decided to turn around & resell them on Ebay, thus giving me more money to spend on new workouts.
